Meet Chris Noble

Director of Community Engagement

Chris Noble coined the phrase “Volunteering is the Solution” — a reflection of his deep belief in the power of human connection and purpose-driven service. After a successful 20+ year career in the for-profit world, Chris felt a strong calling to serve others more intentionally and joined Seniors in Service. He says it’s the best career move he’s ever made.

Chris brought his leadership experience in management, sales, and customer relations to Seniors in Service, which has been instrumental in recruiting hundreds of new volunteers to serve in new and expanding programs across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.

As Director of Community Engagement, Chris leads with both innovation and heart. He has expanded our network of volunteers and community partners by training staff in effective relationship-building and outreach strategies. His vision for the Volunteer Ambassadors program has empowered a dedicated team of passionate seniors to share the mission of Seniors in Service with their peers — sparking new interest and engagement across the region. Through his leadership, Chris is not only raising awareness but strengthening the bridge between older adults eager to serve and the communities that need them most.
