Meet Natalie Salas

Education Programs Manager

Natalie brings energy, heart, and a deep understanding of education to her role as Education Programs Manager. After a decade as an elementary school teacher, she joined Seniors in Service in 2021 as a Program Coordinator. Her experience in the classroom, along with her strong organizational and communication skills, quickly made her a valuable leader. In 2024, she was promoted to oversee all education programs across Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

Natalie’s enthusiastic personality helps everyone feel welcome and supported—whether she’s training volunteers, working with school staff, or connecting with students. She’s a natural motivator who keeps programs running smoothly and outcomes on track, all while making sure volunteers feel like part of something meaningful. Her goal is simple: make sure every child has the support they need to succeed, and every volunteer feels proud to be part of the mission.
