Meet Pam Plager

Operation: Veteran Connect Program Manager

Pam leads Operation: Veteran Connect with heart, hospitality, and a deep respect for those who have served. She first joined the program as a volunteer, quickly falling in love with its mission and community. When the opportunity arose to become Program Coordinator, she jumped at the chance and has since grown into the role of Program Manager, where she oversees outreach, program development, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships across Tampa Bay. Pam ensures every veteran and volunteer feels welcomed, valued, and part of something meaningful.

Before joining the nonprofit sector, Pam built a successful career in New York’s financial industry, rising from secretary to Vice President. Her background in leadership, client service, and strategic relationship-building now fuels her work in the veteran space. Whether she’s planning events, mentoring volunteers, or building partnerships, Pam’s thoughtful leadership continues to create a strong sense of purpose and belonging for everyone involved in Operation: Veteran Connect.
