Pam keeps everything running by the book—and that’s a good thing. As Compliance Manager, Pam ensures that every service we provide meets the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and accountability. Her sharp attention to detail helps ensure that our programs deliver quality outcomes and remain in full alignment with funder and regulatory requirements.

Pam joined Seniors in Service in 2019 through the Readers in Motion program and quickly became known for her reliability, organization, and process-focused mindset. Now, she plays a behind-the-scenes but vital role in making sure our volunteers and community members receive services they can trust. Pam’s work allows the rest of the team to focus on impact, knowing the foundation is solid.
