Meet Robin Ingles

Chief Executive Officer

Robin was initially lured to Seniors in Service as a volunteer, and her passion for the mission made it impossible for her to leave. In 2015, she was hired as Seniors in Service’s first Director of Marketing and Development, bringing over 25 years of for-profit experience in finance, marketing, operations, and leadership — skills that translated seamlessly into mission-driven nonprofit growth.

In 2019, Robin stepped into the role of CEO with a clear vision to expand services and deepen impact across Tampa Bay. Under her leadership, Seniors in Service experienced meaningful growth by launching new services and strengthening existing ones to respond to evolving community needs. Robin is intentional about cultivating a strong internal culture focused on staff development, clear goals, and empowered leadership at every level. Her passion for people and purpose continues to drive innovation and community-centered solutions throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
